At DonutVault (“Company,” “DonutVault,” “we,” “us” and “our”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Information by complying with this policy (the “Privacy Policy”). We collect user data strictly to provide a better product for our users and to enhance the user experience.

Scope

The Privacy Policy is part of the DonutVault Terms and Conditions and applies to all users of our services (each, a “User,” collectively, the “Users”), which includes our products, content, website and applications (collectively, the “Services”), and to people that create accounts (“Accounts”) with us through our website and/or mobile applications (collectively, the “Applications”), upload content to our platform (the “Platform”), purchase products through the Applications or link their other online profiles to the Applications.

By using the Services, or by creating or linking an Account, you signify your consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services or submit any personal information to us.

What we store

We only store account usernames and linked Discord accounts provided to us by the user.

Alongside that we keep what the Service cannot work without: your Donut Cash balance, the record of rounds you have played, and the deposits and withdrawals attached to your account. That record is also what makes a round checkable after the fact, which is the point of a provably fair game.

What we do not store

We do not ask for or hold your real name, address, date of birth, or any payment card or banking details. Nothing on this site takes real-world money, so there is nothing of that kind to collect.

We never ask for your Minecraft password or a Microsoft account password. Nobody from DonutVault will ever request one, and any message that does is not from us.

Public information

Chat messages, live plays, race standings and referral leaderboards are visible to other users by design. Usernames are masked to their first letter in those places, but anything you type in chat is public.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Information is disclosed only where it is needed to run the Service, or where we are required to by law.

Removal

You can unlink your Discord account at any time from your profile. To have your account and its data removed, contact us at admin@donutvault.bet. Records we are required to keep for fairness disputes or abuse investigations may be retained.
