Every round is decided before you see it
Outcomes are produced on our servers, never in your browser. Before a round starts we publish the hash of the server seed that will decide it. Once that seed is retired, you can reveal it and re-derive every round it settled. If a result did not match the commitment, the maths would show it.
The seed is never revealed while a board it decided is still in play, because knowing it early would mean knowing the answer early.
The house edge is fixed, and stated
Every game carries the same house edge, and it does not move because of who is playing, what they are staking, or how much they have won. We do not adjust odds per player. There is no such thing as an account that is quietly given worse rounds.
No real-world money
Donut Cash is virtual and cannot be bought with real currency, sold, or exchanged for anything outside the site. We are not a casino and we do not process payments. If anyone offers to buy or sell balances for real money, they are breaking our rules and are not acting for us.
Staff will never message you first
Nobody from DonutVault will DM you asking for a balance, a password, an account, or a “verification” payment. We will never ask for your Minecraft or Microsoft password for any reason. Report anyone who does.
Nothing is hidden in the small print
A bonus that has to be played through says so before you claim it, and the amount left to wager is shown on your wallet. Minimum and maximum bets, maximum win, and the odds of the next step are all displayed in the game itself rather than buried here.
Bugs in your favour are still bugs
If a fault pays out money that was not won, we may reverse it. Equally, if a fault costs you a round that you did win, tell us and we will make it right. We would rather fix the fault publicly than pretend it did not happen.
Play should stay fun
This is an arcade. If it stops feeling like one, step away. We will close or lock an account on request, and we will not chase anyone to come back. We do not advertise to people who have asked us to stop, and we do not market to anyone under 18.
Creators must say what they are
Anyone in our media programme is required to disclose that they are affiliated with the site, to show real results rather than staged wins, and never to present the arcade as a way to make money. Breaking that costs them the programme.
Holding us to it
If you believe a round was wrong, send us the round’s seeds and nonce and we will work through it with you. Reach us at admin@donutvault.bet or in our official Discord server.
